We keep things simple. Here are the answers to the most common questions.
AthosFit is free to start on the Core plan — no monthly fee, just a 4.49% + 30¢ payment processing fee per transaction. Paid plans start at $159/month for Pro, and $249/month for Elite. Pro and Elite drop processing to the standard 2.9% + 30¢.
No — clients and staff are unlimited on every plan, including the free Core plan. The only thing that scales with your plan is locations: 1 on Core and Pro, 2 on Elite. Need more? Add-on locations are available on any plan.
The Core plan has no monthly fee — it's free to use. We cover the cost by charging a slightly higher payment processing rate of 4.49% + 30¢ per transaction, instead of the standard 2.9% + 30¢ on paid plans to help cover hosting costs. It's a great fit for businesses with variable demand, personal trainers, or anyone doing under $10,000 in sales per month — below that, the processing markup costs less than a $159/month plan fee would.
None. There are no setup fees, no per-user surcharges, and no hidden costs. The only difference between plans is the payment processing fee: 4.49% + 30¢ per transaction on Core, and the standard 2.9% + 30¢ on Pro and Elite.
Because we're privately owned and bootstrapped. We don't carry a huge sales team, a big advertising budget, or investor pressure to raise prices — and we pass those savings to you. There are no long-term contracts, so we have to earn your business every month.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time directly from your dashboard. Changes are prorated automatically, so you only pay for what you use.
Yes. Pro and Elite include a 14-day free trial — a credit card is required to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. The Core plan needs no card at all.
SMS notifications cost more to send, so we include them on Pro and Elite rather than the free Core plan. Every plan includes email and in-app notifications; Pro and Elite add SMS so your members get timely texts.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Invoices can also be paid by ACH bank transfer or, for Elite customers, by invoice.
